Our feedback and complaints process ensures people with disability and their support network can formally provide feedback about what is good or could be improved with our service or a complaint if there is a problem related to our service.

Feedback and complaints can remain anonymous, you do not need to provide your name or contact details. However, this means we will not be able to contact you with an outcome. ​
